UCK Holding was founded in Istanbul by Atilla ÜÇKARDEŞ and Mehmet Burak ÜÇKARDEŞ. The company operates in a wide range of sectors, from energy to agriculture, and from real estate to human resources. UCK Holding stands out with its investments in renewable and clean energy. A total of 190 MW of solar power plants have been established in Turkey and Europe. These plants generate and sell more than 300,000,000 kWh of electricity annually in various cities across Turkey and Europe. In this way, UCK Holding demonstrates its commitment to environmentally friendly energy production once again. UCK Holding is diversifying its renewable energy investments with a total of four biogas plants, which have a combined capacity of 17.6 MWe. These plants produce over 160,000,000 kWh of renewable energy annually.
UCK Holding is planning a total of 1000 MW of projects in the Balkans. The first phase of these projects, totaling 80 MW, has begun construction in North Macedonia. Infrastructure processes for projects in Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania are ongoing. UCK Holding aims to meet the energy needs of the region and increase sustainable energy production with these projects.

Atilla Üçkardeş
Atilla Üçkardeş got his start in the yarn sector in 1980. In 1994, he founded a textile company with dyeing works. In 2014, he started his business investments in the energy sector. Atilla Üçkardeş is the Chairman of UCK Holding, which he founded in 2020.
Atilla ÜÇKARDEŞ, one of the founders of UCK Holding, previously founded Batı Empirme in 1999. The company participated in the tender of the textile products needed by public institutions, organizations and the Turkish Armed Forces. At the same time, production and sales activities were carried out to meet the flag and pennant needs of political parties in Turkey and sports organizations in Europe. Active service of the company in the textile sector continued until 2013.
To operate in the energy sector, Berak Energy was established in 2014. 190 MW solar power plantation has been installed in Türkiye and Europe. After the change of name in 2020, Berak Energy continues to produce electricity and it’s sales activities in it’s solar power plants as "Fortis Energy". Fortis Energy plans a total capacity of 1000 MW projects abroad. The first 80 MW part of these projects have started to be established in N. Macedonia.
At the beginning of year 2021, Gireniz Energy, which also operates in the renewable energy sector, joined the UCK Holding group companies through company transfer. Gireniz Energy and Fortis Energy has four biogas plants with a total power of 17.6 MW and productions continue at full capacity.
