UCK Holding was established by Atilla ÜÇKARDEŞ and Mehmet Burak ÜÇKARDEŞ in Istanbul. UCK Holding stands out with its renewable and clean energy investments. 116 MW solar power plantation has been installed in Turkey. They produces 175.000.000 kWh of energy annually at it’s 120 solar power plants all over Turkey for it’s more than 3000 costumers. At the same time, there are two biogas plants with a power of 12.48 MW. In addition, UCK Holding is planning a total of 1000 MW projects in the Balkans. The first 80 MW part of these projects have started to be established in N. Macedonia. Infrastructure processes of projects in Romania, Albania, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina continue. In the process of investments regarding SPP projects; engineering, procurement, and installation stages are carried out within the holding and it’s resources. UCK Holding aims to be one of the leaders in the energy sector in Turkey and abroad as an R&D and technological application hub, together with its energy investments.
Atilla Üçkardeş got his start in the yarn sector in 1980. In 1994, he founded a textile company with dyeing works. In 2014, he started his business investments in the energy sector. Atilla Üçkardeş is the Chairman of UCK Holding, which he founded in 2020.
Atilla ÜÇKARDEŞ, one of the founders of UCK Holding, previously founded Batı Empirme in 1999. The company participated in the tender of the textile products needed by public institutions, organizations and the Turkish Armed Forces. At the same time, production and sales activities were carried out to meet the flag and pennant needs of political parties in Turkey and sports organizations in Europe. Active service of the company in the textile sector continued until 2013.
To operate in the energy sector, Berak Energy was established in 2014. 116 MW solar power plantation has been installed in Turkey. After the change of name in 2020, Berak Energy continues to produce electricity and it’s sales activities in it’s solar power plants as "Fortis Energy". Fortis Energy plans a total capacity of 1000 MW projects abroad. The first 80 MW part of these projects have started to be established in N. Macedonia.
At the beginning of year 2021, Gireniz Energy, which also operates in the renewable energy sector, joined the UCK Holding group companies through company transfer. Gireniz Energy has two biogas plants with a total power of 12.48 MW and productions continue at full capacity.
